Sakurafubuki [花吹雪] [さくらふぶき] means cherry blossom snowstorm. It's a word used to describe the best part of sakura season, when the delicate pink petals begin falling off the trees, floating through the air with the wind like snow.
Since I don't live in Japan, the best way for me to enjoy cherry blossom season is on my island in Animal Crossing: New Horizons. I wanted this ring to evoke the same feeling as when the blossoms are at their peak in the game, and the delicate pink petals fall from the air.
